  8.         This order form is for use by individuals wishing to become
  9.     registered users of MaxFile/2 or MaxFile/PM.  Corporations and
  10.     other institutions, please contact the author for further
  11.     information regarding site licenses, volume discounts, dealer
  12.     pricing, and ordering via purchase order.

  19.     Please complete the following information and return this form
  20.     with your check or money order (I will take no responsibility for
  21.     cash sent through the mail) to the address below.  Please make all
  22.     checks and money orders for U.S. funds payable to Ronald Van
  23.     Iwaarden (MaxFile/2 or dual registration) or Craig Morrison
  24.     (MaxFile/PM or dual registraion). Registration entitles you to
  25.     free upgrades for all non-major revisions.  That is, a revision
  26.     from version 1.21 to 1.76 is free but a revision from version 1.8 to
  27.     2.0 is not free.  This is not true for beta releases.  If you
  28.     register a beta version 0.xx, you are entitled to free upgrades to
  29.     all versions 1.xx

  46.     or MaxFile/PM as well as good karma :-).  Registration also gains
  47.     you the thanks of both the author and the author of EMX which is
  48.     the compiler used, written by Eberhard Mattes. For those who do not
  49.     realize it, Eberhard Mattes writes the free EMX compiler for OS/2
  50.     which was used in writing this program.  He will be receiving 10% of
  51.     our profits (up to $100 per author) in appreciation of the fine work
  52.     he has done for all OS/2 users.  If you would like to make an
  53.     additional donation to Eberhard, there is a space below to enter the
  54.     amount.
